PACK 62
Step up as a den leader this fall and complete your training, and the Atlanta Area Council will set you up with a free Cub Scout leader uniform and a den leader starter kit to run your first meetings. It's part of a council push to recruit and equip new leaders — a great time to jump in.
For new leaders who register and complete training this fall. Interested, or have questions? Email us and we'll walk you through it.
Lead or co-lead a small group of Scouts through their weekly adventures. We give you the meeting plans and walk you through the first few weeks.
Help with planning, finances, events, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the pack running smoothly.
Campouts, Pinewood Derby, service projects, Blue and Gold banquet. These events need extra hands, and every bit of help matters.
Advancement tracking, communications, fundraising coordination, logistics. If you are organized and prefer to work in the background, there is a place for you.
You don't have to run a den to make a difference. Every one of these matters, and none of them needs a title:
Youth Protection Training is required before you work with Scouts and renews every two years. It covers appropriate adult–youth interactions, recognizing concerns, and Scouting America's safety standards.
