Who We Are
Pack 62 is a family-focused Cub Scout pack in Lithia Springs, GA, dedicated to helping young people develop character, citizenship, and leadership skills. We believe scouting is strongest when families are involved, and we welcome parents and guardians to be active participants at every meeting and event.
Our program blends outdoor adventure, hands-on learning, and community service — all while having fun. Whether your child is just starting their scouting journey or preparing to cross over into Scouts BSA, Pack 62 offers an encouraging environment to grow and thrive.

Our Mission
We help kids build character, citizenship, and fitness through hands‑on adventures—hikes, service projects, STEM builds, campouts, and pack nights the whole family can enjoy.
Our Chartered Organization
Pack 62 is chartered by Lithia Springs Methodist Church. They provide our meeting space and support our leaders—we’re grateful for their partnership in serving local families.
When & Where We Meet
Wednesdays, 6:00–7:30 PM · Lithia Springs Methodist Church (Children’s Building). We follow the school calendar—if school’s out, we’re out.

Each den works on age‑appropriate adventures led by trained volunteers. Families are welcome—and needed—to help.
Costs & Financial Help
Registration: $30 (sponsored rate). Pack dues: $10/month. We keep it simple—start with the shirt; add hat, belt, and neckerchief when you’re ready.
We never want cost to be a barrier. Quiet financial assistance is available—just let a leader know.
Safety & Training
- Two‑deep leadership at all times (no one‑on‑one).
- Youth Protection Training required for leaders and encouraged for parents.
- Registered leaders are background‑checked annually.
- We follow the Guide to Safe Scouting for all activities.
Our Leadership
All den leaders are trained and background‑checked. Interested in helping? We’ll train you and provide ready‑to‑run meeting plans.
